Exploring the coastal town of Palanga, Lithuania, on a 1000-mile motorbike roadtrip

I've just arrived in Lithuania after riding my motorbike across Netherlands and Germany, so I decide to stop in Palanga, a beach resort in Lithuania when hit by torrential rain! It's mid-May and I'm hoping for nice weather. But I get torrential rain instead.
