Elliot Brown Holton NIVO watch

The Elliot brown is a great travel and adventure watch as it’s rugged, low-profile, and quite discreet – meaning you can travel around with it, and it doesn’t attract attention if you’re in places with some criminality.

We use this for longer trips where we don’t necessarily need or want data about our heart rate or speed etc, most recently using it for a 1000-mile motorbike ride across Europe.

At under £500, this watch is a great buy as a present for someone on a gap year, undertaking long or slow travel, or just generally wearing somewhere you want to be a little inconspicuous.

 The Elliot Brown team worked with a specialist branch of the military to make this a great looking watch, that’ll stand up to the challenges of expeditionary travel.
