Vedict: a great technical t-shirt, however a little pricy when compared to some others on the market.

A few years old and now succeeded by the Force Tee, this lightweight, quick-drying technical base layer from Rab still holds its own for outdoor enthusiasts.

Designed with a regular fit, it offers superior comfort without the clinginess often associated with synthetic fabrics. It’s the kind of base layer you'll feel just as comfortable wearing to the pub post-adventure as you would during high-energy endeavours — no need to worry about sucking in your stomach.

The short-sleeved Interval top shines during high-output activities like bikepacking, mountaineering, or fast-packing. Its ability to efficiently wick moisture away from your skin ensures you stay dry and cool in hot weather, while its versatility allows it to be seamlessly integrated into a layering system for colder conditions. The lightweight grid-knit fabric quickly moves moisture to the fabric's surface for evaporation, aiding your body’s natural cooling process and keeping you comfortable even when you're pushing your limits.

Additionally, its low-bulk seams are designed to minimise chafing from backpack straps, enhancing its utility on long expeditions. With a 35+ UPF rating, the Interval Tee also offers protection against harmful UV rays, while the Polygiene odour control treatment combats the build-up of smells, making it an ideal choice for multi-day adventures where fresh clothing options are limited.

Overall, the Rab Interval Tee is not only a high-performing technical garment but also one that offers all-day comfort, whether you're scaling a mountain or relaxing afterward. Its lightweight construction, effective moisture management, and odour-resistant fabric make it an excellent choice for anyone in need of a versatile base layer for all seasons.
